In April 2024, the band partnered with Venture Music to boost their presence on Spotify and social media around the release of three new singles. At the start, they had 35,000 Spotify monthly listeners and a popularity score of 25, facing the challenge of standing out in a crowded digital landscape. The campaign aimed to drive discovery, warm up Spotify’s algorithm, and lay the groundwork for significant growth.
Our Approach
Venture built an integrated campaign to prime both Spotify and social algorithms ahead of each release. Every touchpoint—ads, content, and social activity—was designed to create steady algorithmic momentum, peaking with their most anticipated single, “With or Without Me.” Ad campaigns targeted the band’s existing catalog to signal demand to Spotify’s algorithm, increasing their visibility across the platform.
In parallel, the team developed shareable, music-driven content that amplified their singles’ reach and drew in new fans. By aligning content and advertising strategies, the band’s profile steadily climbed until “With or Without Me” created a breakout moment that accelerated their growth.
