Overview

Manny Blu, an independent alternative country artist, approached Venture Music with a 24-song catalog and a goal of making his mark in Nashville. With a distinct punk-rock personality that set him apart from typical country acts, the mission was to position Manny as a genre-bending leader and introduce him to a wider audience.

Our Approach

The campaign began with daily TikTok posting to showcase Manny’s charisma and unique style. After months of testing content formats, two posts featuring his song “Rusty Things” went viral, resonating with both country and pop-punk fans. We capitalized on the momentum by producing dozens of performance videos and establishing a repeatable trend encouraging fans to use the track and share personal stories.

The viral traction on TikTok organically drove streaming growth, pushing Manny to over 400K Spotify monthly listeners. To deepen engagement, we implemented SMS direct messaging through Community, giving superfans a personal connection and a channel for exclusive updates on music and tours.
